Welcome to StudyHt.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through StudyHt.com, the Quiz Vision platform, and the Online Paper Generator (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are owned and operated by Sir Hassan Tariq (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Services. By using the Services or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Use of Services and Eligibility
This website is designed for students, teachers, and educational institutions. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract or have obtained parental/guardian consent to do so.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our educational resources strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on StudyHt.com—including but not limited to lectures, Biology/Zoology notes, diagrams, quiz questions, software code for the Paper Generator, logos, and video content—is the intellectual property of Sir Hassan Tariq and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Pakistan and international treaties.
Personal Use: Students are permitted to download and print notes for their own personal, non-commercial educational use.
Prohibited Acts: You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site without express written permission from Sir Hassan Tariq.
Copyright Infringement: Any unauthorized redistribution of our past paper collections or lecture notes on other websites or social media platforms is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Subscription Services: Quiz Vision & Paper Generator
User Accounts
To access Quiz Vision or the Paper Generator, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Student Enrollments
Individual student accounts for Quiz Vision are for the sole use of the registered individual. Sharing login credentials with other students is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
Teacher & Institutional Subscriptions
Teachers: A teacher subscription allows you to manage students under your direct supervision. You are responsible for the conduct of your students on the platform.
Institutes: Institutional licenses are granted for use within a single physical campus or a specific group of students as defined in your service agreement.
Paper Generator: The Online Paper Generator is provided for professional use by educators. While you own the physical papers generated, the underlying database of questions remains the property of StudyHt.com.
Payments and Fees
Subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time, with notice provided via the website or email.
The Past Papers Library
Our library of past papers for Matric, F.Sc, and O-Levels is provided as a resource to assist in exam preparation. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and completeness of these archives, StudyHt.com does not claim ownership of official board examination questions but does claim ownership of the specific curation, digital formatting, and organization of these files on our platform.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site.
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to “scrape” or download content from the site.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Quiz Vision database or other users’ private scores.
Use the Paper Generator to create content that violates any local educational board regulations or ethics.
Upload or transmit any viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious code.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Sir Hassan Tariq and StudyHt.com make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
The accuracy or reliability of the educational content (though we strive for perfection, science is an evolving field).
The likelihood of achieving a specific grade or exam result using our resources.
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Quiz Vision platform or Paper Generator.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sir Hassan Tariq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or educational setbacks arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sir Hassan Tariq and StudyHt.com from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Narowal or the High Court of the relevant province.
Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of the Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
